After some research, I found that this issue is more likely affecting India country, we need use VPN to join any server but the thing is why? Is India restricted country or blocked minecraft? Answer is no then why we need VPN for it.

Mojang Please take a look at india region for Connecting to external server / realms.

Also unable to join Realms, this original clip long and to be fit in 10mb i've speed up this clip to 3.5X speed.

Minecraft should improve the connections between client and Server, so please do something about it i've paid for this game and now im free to play but after updates this issue is appearing and im really unable to join any multiplayer services just only in minecraft and not any other platforms/games, even minecraft Java has better connections with Servers.

Singleplayer still works, this issue is just with multiplayer, servers, or realms.

I'm adding a clip to reproduce the bug. This

i do not know if its reported or not, but there is an issue, custom size is visible and same for visibility, And when i save control then after sometime it reset their self.

I’ve tried it with no resource packs, but still, it's showing weirdly and I have problems managing the size too.

A big server The also said they are connected to mojang with this issue so please do not take this as invalid, this is big issue on poket/bedrock edition please 

This is not that simple, its a whole community issue, This heppen to all big servers too,
