Minecraft works fine in Windows 10, if your minecraft gets crashed, then its probably a issue in your windows 10. I reccommend using Windows 10 in the NORMAL version. Unless you work in a company.
Looks like your minecraft is corrupted. Make sure you downloaded it from the minecraft site (minecraft.net)
Remove your minecraft that is not working, install a new one from minecraft.net
if it didn't help, then it probably a hardware or software issue.
Just unknown blocks, When minecraft finds a unknown block and doesn't know its texture it goes to that texture.
I dont know the issue. maybe corrupted files. But not everything is Black! The solid blocks are black and gray blocks are the liquid blocks.
If you have a cursor in the black screen, Ctrl+Alt+Delete then Task Manager then add task explorer.exe, This may be the Play button causing the black screen of death.
EDIT: oh, i didnt see that this happens in Mac OS. what i was saying was for Windows. Sorry :/
This very rarely happens to me too, xD.
I've counted with Lettercount.com And see that the log is about 18294 characters. which is 18.29k characters.
Dont tell MC-76136 should be a duplicate, it was the same + it was made by him, the website accidently posted 2 posts.
