I don't think the shield will have a lower priority than the axe.Imagine you were in battle with someone using your axe in a forest.You right click in order to hold up your shield,But the game thinks you are stripping logs.And……You can imagine that.

However your problem is not solved until 1.21.11 .That's quite annoying

Actually the recipe of the cauldron is easy,Just the recipe of iron leggings getting upside down.The recipe did not appear is just a small problem(I never use recipe books,haha)
