I resolved my issue, but I cannot tell what ultimately resolved it. Though, I can give you details about the steps I took:
(Please note, my CPU has an iGPU)
Uninstall drivers and disable the dedicated graphics card via device manager
Reboot
Download DDU (Display driver uninstaller)
Reboot into secure mode
Use DDU to absolutely and completely remove any graphics driver
Power off
Physically remove dedicated graphics card from PC
Power on
Install graphic drivers from the official AMD sources (so now only the iGPU has drivers)
Install dedicated graphics card again
Re-run the driver program from AMD and "add" drivers for your dedicated GPU
Things are working again!!! 🙂
