When this issue happens to me, I’m always in a village. For example, if I was to put a job block in a village, sometimes the villagers would stop moving and I can’t interact with them. I have to wait a minute or two for everything to sort itself out. Other times, it’s when I’m in a village on a part of my world I know to be laggy for whatever reason.
