So after testing it has concluded that the hosts frames drop when someone who doesn’t own the content that is within that world is attempting to download the data so they can join the world.  What happens is while they are doing that the hosts frames hit nearly zero.  What should happen is that the hosts frames shouldn’t drop at all and people trying to join shouldn’t be having a hard time joining.  And again the downloadable content is not just add ons its resource packs too. Anything that requires people to download stuff before joining produces those results.  I’d post clips but there is a 15mb file size limit on here.  However if any moderators have discord I can gladly dm clips through there if necessary

By frame death I refer the fps dropping to virtually zero when a player tries to join my world.  This effect applies to the host aka me

I just did a test on the world with no marketplace content and the issue persists

Well guess what.  The add on creators say it’s on you guys so take accountability

Yeah it should probably be moved to bedrock project

The world is being hosted on my Xbox series X and the frame death started not long before the pale garden update.  I’d post clips but the file size limit is only 10mb which is super unfortunate.  Also there isn’t too many people on my world at a time.  The absolute most is 5 and since last month as soon as someone tries to load in my frames die and my game did crash on one occasion.

The frame death occurs whenever someone tries to join the world

For anyone wondering this is still an issue in 1.20.41
