I am having this issue also where no Marketplace files are downloading on my son's iPad. I have gone through the steps of deleting the Marketplace cache, restarting etc and I even uninstalled and reinstalled MC, but still nothing. Today I signed up for the Marketplace Pass and that's when I found no add-ons were downloading.
