In every other realm I have made, Game rules are accessible via settings menu. It looks to be an ownership issue where I am not listed as the owner even though I made the realm and no other person has been invited to it. I can now change game rule via chat commands, but upon creation of Jira ticket, chat had been disabled.
Was able to upload proper seed to realm, however settings still unavailable.
Launched seed in a new world, spawn position is 1343, 67, 6.
Upon downloading the first backup and running it in creative mode, spawn position is 4, 67, 4.
Upon further investigation, seed pulled from back up is -427009383 where it should read as listed above in the information.
Are you unable to access game rules via settings? That's the issue I'm having on my realm on Xbox one. If you are the owner, you can still change the game rules via chat commands (at least with my issue you can) but not via settings. (Ex. Show coords and whatnot)
