No change in 21w05. Dog still remains standing until it suffocates when a pumpkin grows into the block where its head is.
Still happens. I constructed a small pumpkin farm. The new pumpkin does not avoid the dog, nor does the dog attempt to move when the pumpkin is placed in its block. The dog dies of suffocation. The dog was standing at the time, not sitting.
