I am getting the same thing pretty consistently between two ipads. Can no longer play together with my kids. Does not matter how many times either ipad closes and re-opens minecraft. I waited minutes, and still no luck. I can create a new world, and then join it, but as soon as we both log off, I can no longer join that world.
