This is beyond ridiculous. What is the verbiage and who are you all contacting at Apple to get a refund ? Please let me know.

Also, Can someone from Mojang please provide a status update? This is sad that my kid STILL wants to give more money to you guys to TRY and buy new worlds and content.

We have an 1pad mini, updated yet again to 1.2.15 and still nothing.

Has there been any update on this issue? Apple will not refund me anything. They claim their responsibility ends once the app works.

My son reported the same to me saying he lost a bunch of coins and like maybe 100+ maps or worlds which were purchased through the iTunes store.

The update that messed him up is 1.2.14 and took place on 4/5/18

He is on an Ipad and not logged into Xbox.
