@Michael Melo i joined the discord server for help and with in minutes i got this reply.

You may need to reinstall the locally installed files that Minecraft puts into place.
To do so, press your Windows+R keys, type in %AppData% at the dialog, and press Enter. In the window that appears, open the .minecraft directory, and delete everything except for the saves directory that you see therein. Then, try running Minecraft again. Good luck!

I did exactly as that said and all is back up again there is a folder called .minecraft ( dotminecraft ) it should be near the top, just delete everything out of there apart from the save folder if you want to keep your saves.

I have the same Issue as Michael Melo, My Minecraft worked until the latest update and now i can't even get the launcher to open.

I have tried every trouble shooting comment i have read , official and unofficial none seem to work  , Uninstalled reinstalled numerous times.

Uninstalled Java reinstalled Java ( just in case my Java was corrupt )   The Java Version in C:/Program files/java is ( 1.8.0_281 ) but yet the Java version inside the Minecraft Folder/runtime/jre-x64 is ( 1.8.0_51 ) so maybe this is what is causing the issue.

Maybe by default Minecraft Launcher is using Version 1.8.0_281 from the default install directory for Java instead of using the one that the launcher downloads and installs in the Minecraft folder , or maybe the 2 different versions of Java are clashing, either way i can not point the launcher to any of the folders to use because i can't find any config files or the launcher just will not open.
