Since we all have the same Laptop (Acer aspire vx15) i would say we are doomed and this is never going to be fixed, only """fix""" i have found was deleting my drivers for the GPU and running on whatever pre 2000 driver the GPU comes with. Obviously this is not great and i suggest buying a new PC/Laptop (lol).
WAIT I found a fix (while writing this)
So just spam Win+shift+arrow keys, change the size of the window with the mouse, spam F11

(dont ask me why the numbers are so weird)
