I’m also having a similar issue! It gets up to 96% RAM usage before crashing about 15 minutes. I have a 16 gb ram, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2050 Ti Laptop GPU, 11th gen Intel Core i7
The only difference for me is that I’m on a laptop and that it goes from playing normally to being incredibly laggy over time before crashing.
I’m also on Windows 11, latest update as of this time.
