I am running V1.8.0 on a Samsung Galaxy S9. Model SM-G960W Android Version 8.0.0
I was trying to place a bunch of sand blocks in small pond next to my home and then fell in. Then I was attacked by drowned and died. Dying did not fix the bug. However, restarting the game did fix this bug. I'm not sure if it's the game restart itself that fixed it, or if simply reloading the world would have fixed it.
