Appreciating the work that rmy8885, did to investigate, and knowing that my own iPad with iOS 27 is working, I tried upgrading my two kid’s iPads to iOS 27. Unfortunately, that did not work. My iPad is the 11 month old iPad Pro, and Minecraft works (after I fixed the brightness bug by turning on Vibrant Visuals, then moving the darkness slider back to neutral). Theirs are 1 year and 2 years older than mine and neither 26.7 nor 27.0 allows them to play. You can bet they both suggest the solution is to buy 2 new iPads but I assure you, that is not in the cards. Much sadness in the house since we can’t play Wilderness Bound together.
