I've been trying to figure out how to report this issue, and found this thread. I have multiple downloads sitting for days with zero movement (on Android), happening before and after 1.19 as noted above. The downloads in question are content included in realms plus, so I am not getting the content I pay for. Have not tried to use minecoins for a purchase since this issue arose. Restart/logout/reinstall has not helped. This issue is not resolved.
