Hey man, idk if you still have this problem, since i had it too, i found a way to fix it, try to open notepad or any text editor as administrator, then go to file and open and put this on the searchbar: C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts, then find anything that has to do with “minecraft” or “mojang”, for e.g. "authserver.mojang.com" or "session.minecraft.com" and just delete them from the folder and save it

The problem is that when i do click “new installations” it just comes up with a “Whoops!” screen and nothing else i can do from there.
