I'm also having this issue in most recent Minecraft Bedrock Edition v1.19.11 for a couple worlds, notably Spellcraft.
I couldn't find gourdian footwear either.
@Erik Widell workaround also worked for me!
I just renamed LocalCache\minecraftpe to LocalCache\minecraftpe.bak if reverted was needed.
PS: I did NOT lose any created worlds.
