This is most likely MCC Tool Chest itself, I myself use this program as well and I cannot even use it! As it is not supported for the newest versions of Minecraft.

I also had the same problem, but from what I am getting it seems big tick areas break often, I see yours is very small but I thought this might be useful and you might have wanted to know.
