Original Title: Ticking Areas not working!
Original Description:
The Ticking areas aren't working. None of my pre-existing ticking areas appear to work anymore, and any new ticking areas I add say that they have been placed at the Y Coordinate 0 (As shown in the screenshots.) Please fix this, tickingareas are very important to me!

I also had the same problem, but from what I am getting it seems big tick areas break often, I see yours is very small but I thought this might be useful and you might have wanted to know.

I tried making a 1 chunk ticking area on a new world and it kept changing my y coordinates in the command to 0. I went to my old save where I had a functioning tickingarea prior and ran the tickingarea test and it said its y was at 0 as well

I made an export of my old survival world and made a ticking area in a quad iron farm to check what was the rates. I came back and the chest was empty. It was weird since I saw the chunk loading when I was getting close to it and that usually never happens when I set up a ticking area.

John Oliver: Iron Golems only spawn when a player is near enough to the village. Ticking areas cannot be used to run farms while a player is not present. That is not what this report is about.

The command shows that tickingareas were placed at y = 0, but tickingareas seem to affect the entire chunk now (java parity).
