I have found out that the bug seems to be a problem with 1.16 reading 1.14 resource packs
Anyone who is having this bug please remove your resource packs & add them back in one at a time and see what one was the bug
Same on Android 9
Have to in/reinstall MC and can't close MC w/o having to un/reinstall
