I hope you implement a different solution instead of killing off all immortal mobs. Maybe if they are name tagged, they wont despawn when the new update drops but they will be normal again.
I also experience this intense lag when I break shulker boxes. Doesn't happen every single time but quite a bit. Don't think it matters what contents are inside.
I have been experiencing this same issue.
I am having this same issue. My world is around 200 megabytes and every time I download a copy of my realm, it tells me I have to free up space before I can save it but i have more than enough space so I don't understand why it tells me this.. please fix this problem. I make backups of my realm often and having 6 older copies might not be enough if it corrupts.
I am also having this same issue. It's very frustrating when trying to spam click a stack of items from my inventory into a chest, only to have my cursor jump into the chest and I'll accidentally click them back into my inventory. Please fix ASAP😭
I am having this same issue on my all survival world.. When the Wither killed me and I respawned back, I attempted to kill it afterwards but the health bar disappeared so I am unsure of exactly how much health is left.. I've been fighting him all day and died five times. At this point, I honestly believe it's immortal, considering that when I died the first time, it was at half health.
Please fix this!
I was also looking for this bug instead of creating a new thread about it.
Usually, I can tolerate lag but it has become rather problematic for me. When I go in my inventory or click on the crafting table it will seem like the game has crashed but I'll wait for about 5 seconds then it will finally pop up.
Hope this gets fixed.
I also have noticed this as well. When I go fishing all most every book has Feather Falling IV or Blast Protection IV in it.. What makes matters worse is it's effecting the enchantment table.. Ive had to enchant items that I didn't want or need in hopes to get Protection IV or Fire Protection IV.
Hopefully, the update will fix this.
I am also experiencing this bug. It is a nuisance because I'm confined to a 300 or 400 block radius around the spawn point. I didn't experiment with the invisible wall much, but I did try going around it, which was unsuccessful.
The spawn point death glitch has been a problem for me also, so I wouldn't be scared to say these bugs are intertwined somehow.

I'm having this same issue and it is becoming a nuisance.. I've lost two worlds because of this and I'm sick of it. . So much of my time invested just to have them delete the next day or even the next couple hours. I don't even want to play now, simply because I feel like its a waste of time.. Fix this because sooner rather than later your going to lose other minecraft players and I mean the faithful ones who have been here for years. They'll get tired of creating a new world just to have it corrupt also.. Especially these old worlds they have countless hours in.. I am so very upset and dissapointed..
Mojang.. This bug should be your number one priority to fix..
To be honest, their are few hostile mobs that spawn in the world I'm in. The nether only spawns zombie pigmen until I get to the nether fortress, blaze and a FEW withers will spawn but as far as enderman, ghast, magma cubes, etc. . I haven't encountered not one. . I've even set the game mode to hard difficulty instead of normal in hopes to finding ANY hostile mobs.. Please fix!
I have been to every place I know, trying to purchase the Xbox one edition so I can transfer my worlds to my Xbox One with the Better Together update, but everyone claims that they don't have them or they're no longer available. I've researched this matter since I purchased my Xbox One and I suppose it's not possible. Please fix this. Or make a way for people who are switching over from Xbox 360 to the new update be able to transfer their worlds as well. Thank you
I'm having this same issue. Its not everytime I play but it happens at least once everyday. The lag is severe until it simply crashes my console. Also, i can't stand playing split screen with my kids because it lags very terrible. I hope this gets fixed because it's been a problem since the new update.
