I think this is normal, since the same happens when you name a block. It may have to do with not being able to pick up nbt data from blocks

Edit: Oh I see my mistake now, the phrases "Laat geen bomen drijven" and "Laat bomen niet drijven" basically mean the same in dutch, my mistake. Still though, the wrong kind of floating is used and it should be "LAAT BOMEN NIET ZWEVEN" instead of "LAAT BOMEN NIET DRIJVEN" or even better:
