Just a hopeful bump to the thread. I lost my world a few hours ago. I was on it this morning, had to leave for class, and then it was just gone. It was barely pushing 60 MB, but I had spent a lot of time in a small area. I use Minecraft, specifically this world, to calm my anxiety. I really really hope for a fix soon. I would hate to lose so much work, so I can't imagine the loss for those who had +100MB worlds...
