I am testing with DXtory, so this could be a Problem in it self. I tested:

DXtory: 30 MC: Unlimited
DXtory: 30 MC: 30 ... only setting with no issues.
DXtory: 30 MC: 60
DXtory: 60 MC: 60
DXtory: 60 MC: 120

Can replicate it with Dxtory 2.0.123. Seems to have something to do with FPS settings. When i set it in-game and in DXtory to 30, everything is fine. With other Settings i get the Skins thing in the lower left corner and it is repeating frames.
