The desktop computer I am using to play bedrock is not new, but it should work fine (Intel Core i7 3700, Nvidia GTX 960, 16GB DDR3, fast SSD, Windows 10). I can run much more demanding games on it and almost all my settings are the lowset in the game, it still don't help and i have delay/lag when I destroy a block etc... It is most visible when I destroy a gravel and it falls down, the animation is super slow and glitchy. There are also lot of small things (this is big) that drives me crazy, so until all these things are fixed i will play java... even though it is not that pretty or fast, and least I can't see any bugs. Sorry guys I am also a programmer, I know it is hard... but you should have some testing systems there. I don't want new features, I want all so far to work smooth and to not have so much bugs. New features are pointless otherwise.
You really should reopen this, i installed the latest beta because this bug is driving me crazy and it is still here.
My world started on 1.17 something and now it is still here on 1.18.0.25 beta and also on latest stable release...
Please tell me what hardware/software you are using while developing so i can get the same and not have such issues all the time?
Just tested on bedrock 1.18 official, the issue is much less noticable now (it is playable), but still it is not perfect.
Here is a video of the issue (do not mind the glitchy sound, it is not like that in the game, just in the video): https://youtu.be/EELAdVqffWg
I hope it is possible to fix this. My computer specs are in the above comments.
Otherwise 1.18 is super great, good job!
