Dude, the exactly same thing happened to me this evening. I was going to respawn the ender dragon, and when I entered the portal, the usual obsidian spawn just wasn’t there, resulting in a direct fall into the void. Just lost all my main stuff and 53 xp levels. By the way, the exactly same thing also happened with me with nether portals, they just create new ones out of nowhere, it’s so annoying. Saaaame dude, I didn’t even got time to pick up my elytra. Btw I have the exactly same issues phasing and randomly entering into blocks, but this has never concerned me. However, when I entered the end portal and immediately fell off, dude I felt so bad. It wasnt our fault, just think this way. Maggie will be okay, trust me. ❤️
