I have the same issue on my Asus tf701t. It uses the Nvidia tegra 4, but apparently it also doesn't support opengl es 3.0, if this has something to do with the problem.
The screen is only white but the game itself seems to be running since I can hear the buttons when tapping randomly on the screen.
I am using a custom ROM on Android 7.1.2, but I did install Minecraft on the stock android (4.4) after a full system wipe and had the same effect.
The latest Minecraft version I can confirm to be working is the 1.8.0.8 beta, but everything I had installed after that, including the current release, does not render. Unfortunately I can't tell the exact version the issue appeared first though.
