@little billy, no but a cured villager will always remember you cured it, and their price reduction doesn't fully decay (the part they can share with other villagers decays tho so after some time the cured villager won't spread good gossip about u to other villagers, and as this starts higher than the permanent reduction the overall reputation appears to drop once)

this creates a noticeable issue in the 1.14.4 version; as players infect and cure villagers for cheaper trades, named villagers become able to despawn when in the zombie villager state despite still having their names (appearing to the player to have Persistence).

@casey wandering traders are intended to despawn after a set amount of time even if name-tagged, so it's just your zombie that's bugged, and @austin things spawned from renamed spawn eggs don't have persistence despite having a name, it's been that way for a while, don't know whether it's intended or not tho. but obvs the name tags should be working.
