Maybe i've got a super laser shooting computer from the future, but when i put exactly this resources.zip file in a world folder at .minecraft/saves/[world] with 1.9.4, it applies the changes in that specific world, without any "pack." files. this doesn't work with 1.10 anymore. This. Is. A. Bug.
wtf man xD i know! it isn't supposed to be placed there! put it in your world folder, it's not broken, i didn't add a pack.mcmeta or pack.png because you don't need it when you use it as a world attached resource pack.
I created the pack myself and it worked with 1.9.4. I also checked if the directories to the texture files or something changed in 1.10, but they didnt. it should work.
What the...? This IS a bug. In 1.9.4 it worked perfectly fine and after updating the textures don't change anymore.
Ok I found out that the character limit is at 32940 characters, but the game already crashes when you type more than 32923 characters.

I see i didnt really say it in the right words, i meant that the game crashes when i put in the command and click on "done". BEFORE the Limit is reached. I can put in more characters but the game crashes when i click on "Done" every time.
