Still applies to 1.8 Pre 2, is this ever going to be fixed? Makes builds with hoppers annoying to use as you cannot interact with blocks behind hoppers even when you can see them in the gap below the hopper.
I am encountering this bug in Minecraft 1.6.2, the bug can be re-produced when entering a Minecart that has been created on a slope, it does not matter if it is no longer on a slope or has come to rest it will still show the players viewpoint a block lower.
Also if the Minecart is broken (exiting via LShift works fine) the player exits the Minecart a block into the ground and has to jump out of the block.
Can confirm still in 1.8.3 for me, also general resizing through dragging window corners is disabled until a restart.
(Running Windows 8, using Java 1.8.0 update 25 as downloaded by the new launcher)
