I have an iPad 4 Model A1458 and version 1.13.2 of Minecraft. In version 1.13.1 I got a white screen that stays there for more than 10 minutes so I quit the app and conclude it doesn't work.
Now that I have 1.13.2 I was disappointed at first; when I boot the app, I get the Mojang logo, and then a white screen. After a few minutes I see the loading screen and the game boots, asks for language and then I can choose a world. After again a few minutes the world loads. Now my kids can play again \o/
