Just check play store, there's an update for Minecraft from 1.16.0.57 to 1.16.0.58. hopefully it solve the issue, I'll let you know when I'm done

Same here, tried different furnaces and fuel. Zero result, it just won't burn. Happened 1 day after the latest update (1.16.0.56)
