AMD Radeon R9 270, driver 20.11.2 (Adrenalin 2020 edition)
Thanks for the help and suggestions everyone. The one that worked for me was the Skiguros system.
Once I had the Radeon settings app running I started up Mincraft and the app recognised the game straight away. After that it was just a matter of following Skiguros' instruuctions and screenshots.
An excellent piece of work by Skiguros.
Shaun Copeland, I don't have a Switch so I can't help you with that. I only have the Windows 10 version and the AMD/Minecraft 1.16.201 Hotfix worked for me. I don't know what else to suggest. My graphics card is a Radeon R9 270, by the way.
