Its every skin pack and texture pack I have purchased and its on Xbox one version. I also contacted support various times and just got someone reading from a script telling me the same set of generic instructions each time, not much help really to be honest.
They all work fine when in online mode, but as soon as the Xbox is in offline mode they all vanish and dissapear from owned skins/ packs.
This only started happening after the busy bee update. before that update all skin packs and texture packs worked just fine when in offline mode.
