We had the same problem on 1.14 on our realm,
it is really annoying.
after the bee update it was 1 roll back per day, but it happend yet again, and today we had 17 roll backs...
its really annoying everytime reset the world 15 minutes

The bug is in the whole village, where we had leveled the villager to the wood mansion.
all beds are invisible and will crash the game
The inventory and the ender chest inventory will also changed!!!
