I don't know why it happend. I was running around a bit, and suddenly noticed my food kept depleting. Even when I was standing still. I ate some porkchop until I was at full again, and then noticed it was still draining, while I literally did nothing. It drained around 2 food in 30 seconds while I did absolutely nothing. Quiting the game and restarting it fixed it for me... so far. I have not played a lot since that happened, so I don't know if it will be back.
