I fixed this issue on my PC by updating my Radeon/AMD software to Radeon Software Adrenalin 2020 Edition 20.12.1.
Adrenalin updated my drivers. On setup, I selected "Gaming" as the best profile and opened Minecraft from the Radeon Software.
Everything works now, meenu on startup is visible, working and all my worlds are accessible and work flawlessly.

Same issue. reset, reboot, re-install was unsuccessful in fixing issue. my ticket was flagged as duplicate. any resolution yet?
