I have the same issue too, and it's happened regardless of the system I am on and regardless of how much I've reinstalled the game. It also persists regardless of which RTX pack you use. I have a feeling that it's a problem that everyone has that few people noticed.

I don't understand. According to this http://hopper.minecraft.net/help/technical-support-resources/ it includes this site. I am sure that my computer does not have two graphics cards and I have clarified that this issue happens WITHOUT any mods on a fresh install. None of the software I have used to record has not been going well. I am running out of options because I have tried to fix this issues in previous versions before with many methods.
