I have been having this issue with a world generated new with Win10 version 1.5.0. Two of the end gateway portals generated work fine. Two portals cause my character to be trapped inside with suffocation damage.

All my inventory and Ender Chest inventory disappeared as well. I play on a Realm using Windows 10 edition. I logged in at 7am and everything was fine. I played about 45 minutes. Logged on 5 hours later using Windows 10 edition on a different PC and all my items were gone.
