Built-in AMD Radeon HD 8330 graphics card with AMD 17.4.2 drivers. I found this problem after reinstalling windows. Before reinstalling, the game worked stably. I will note that the game worked well on relatively old versions of drivers on my video card (I will not be able to update the drivers, since new versions of drivers work unstable on the inserted card). When flickering, it also writes a notification that the application is blocked from accessing the graphics hardware. The question is what happened so that in identical conditions after reinstalling everything did not work?
