From 1.20.30 to the present 1.20.71.01 the issue still persists

Edit:1.21.73, the game now crashes too especially when loading in a new chunk or when on a server,raids

What's surprising is that the game will run on average 70-80fps but suddenly freezes every 20secs,it freezes guaranteed if opening chests/inventories 

Yes I happen to have the same issue,in 1.20.51 it's really bad,infact other people ik of are complaining the same thing

It started during 1.20 when the crawling mechanic was introduced
