This has gotten worse since it doesn't regen at all; if I continuously take damage, it is possible to die, since I never get the hunger effect even if I'm jumping from four blocks. I can't eat period even when standing with half a heart waiting for the hunger to kick in. It never does. With this, unless I carry around regen potions it is impossible to survive mobs of any kind. Tried in new worlds, no change. Platform: Microsoft XBOX Series X on Realms and Local Worlds.
