I have the same issue on my switch

I found a way to temporarily get it working again. Which is to go to my software and check Minecraft for corrupted data, and then redownload.

But i have to do this every single time i want to play Minecraft and it takes a lot of time to redownload.

Nope, just tested it out. It's resolved 🙂
