Hey I solve the problem with the exact components you have. So I did this: I went to the NVIDIA Panel clicked on the 3D config and enter the program config, search Minecraft Windows 10 and change the following settings: V Sync diabled Max fps frecuency to 58
I would like to add: Use Windows + R and copy this: C:\Users\"Username"\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.MinecraftUWP_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\games\com.mojang\minecraftpe
Look for a .txt called "options", open it and search "gfx_vsync:", put it on 0, not far below this options, put "gfx_max_framerate:" to 80
