Redstone torch burnouts are affected wirelessly by other redstone actions inside the same dimension which turn them off which I am almost sure is related to this bug report.

yes, have the roof made out of bottom slabs only and they should spawn in your box

is it solid blocks and slabs or just slabs? if it is slabs then i am unsure

Endermans do not spawn if there is solid blocks above them, that could be what happened, and it is not a bug, it is how they spawn, they are surface only spawns in the end.

This is intended as far as I could tell, however this issue could be more about the radius of 44 max spawn range and radius 44+ despawn range on simulation distance of 4. This has always been how spawning worked except now spawn range is smaller and there is a more reliable despawning. I do not find them excessive but balanced, in the latest beta spawn range for simulation distance of 6 has been increased. I suggest that it is tested in that kind of conditions so it could be easier to determine the issue.

I can confirm that this still exists although it is a small thing. For more detail it is basically when you use a rocket and touch floor before you take off. If you open your elytra after a reasonable time (similar to how long normal momentum from rockets last) from it you will get momentum as if you used rocket that time. Lag can help to reproduce this bug. To reproduce this have some lag around and jump on a flat area and try taking off, if you press rocket right before you land the rocket has a chance to be consumed but momentum won't be gained unless elytra is used. If you don't use the elytra within that time of momentum then you your rocket has gone to waste.

There is no reason for this change. It only slows down passive mob farms which use one dimension only and I hope to see it reverted as it is also a change bringing us farther from parity which we are supposed to be heading towards since java has larger caps. I was hoping that with stopping low end devices from being able to update we would get higher density caps but it seems that it is even lower now.

this is most likely a resource pack not working on your device.
