I am able to get bad omen if i play the map solo after downloading but while in the realm, nothing. no raids, and I even tried a bad omen potion addon and even though the other potions work fine, the bad omen one did not give the effect.

I just tested with a copy of my realm world, in single player bad omen worked and triggered a raid, nothing on the realm.... there aren't any settings changed so I don't understand

I'm not sure how to add a clip but this is definitely still an issue, my pillagers weren't even aggro. Newly generated world for the wild update on Xbox. 

Also having this issue on my realm, no capitans are giving bad omen random spawns or outpost. Several killing meetings attempted, glad I didn't build the raid farm yet

Happened to me to recently! Absolutely gutted to see the view farm, pandas, and all my villagers just gone
