No bad omen when killing pillager captain

Tried to test after update to 1.18.30 and now it seems the captains just aren't spawning. This is at an outpost. 30 minute test 0 captains. 

Finally had a captain spawn. Issue still present in 1.18.30

Also having this issue on my realm, no capitans are giving bad omen random spawns or outpost. Several killing meetings attempted, glad I didn't build the raid farm yet

Can someone tell me why there is bug reports for older versions of mcbe? I am also 99% sure this is no longer an issue in current versions.

I just tested on an Android phone and it worked completely fine. I don't think this is an issue anymore, unless it is an issue with a certain Android version? What Android version are you using? It is working for me on version 10

Android V12 here. Will record a fresh clip when I get time.

Still an issue. 

This is very much still an issue. I've had 2 worlds in a row on a bedrock dedicated server that will not give bad omen when killing a pillager captain. Server is currently running on v1.19.2.02 and clients running windows 10 edition v1.19.2.

I'm not sure how to add a clip but this is definitely still an issue, my pillagers weren't even aggro. Newly generated world for the wild update on Xbox. 

Are you experiencing this issue only in multiplayer, or in singleplayer as well?

i was able to get bad omen on my world then randomly out of nowhere I am not able to get it anymore, it's a bug on multiplayer and singleplayer, on realms etc etc

I just tested with a copy of my realm world, in single player bad omen worked and triggered a raid, nothing on the realm.... there aren't any settings changed so I don't understand

It works on my other worlds and copy of the realm. It just isn't working on my multi-player realm

when we tried to see if it worked on the copy of our realm it didn't work

Issue still present in latest update. Only experienced in realms.

Are you sure these are real captains and not just pillagers that are picking up the same banner over and over?

Yes real captains as spawned at a pillager outpost. 

I stand close enough to pick up all drops do no they are not playing pass the banner

Are you using any addons? 

Yes.but even with all the add ons removed and the world re uploaded as vanilla the issue was still persists

UPDATE: I am now able to get bad omen from killing captains, we added a bunch of new addons to the realm and after that it just started working, considering everyone I spoke to said that they had add-ons, I've come to the conclusion that adding add-ons causes the bug, but also adding add-ons fixes the bug
