The attached world is set to Peaceful difficulty, raids won't start there and that's working as intended. Is this also an issue on other difficulty settings? This ticket will reopen automatically when you reply.

I can confirm this behavior, however with minor amendments. First, you cannot start a new raid while the previous one is "celebrating victory". As soon as the "victory" streak disappears, you can start a new raid.

Secondly, it works in a similar way to the Java version. In the Java version, until the victory inscription disappears, it is also impossible to start a new raid. And the peaceful regime in the attached world is just a small misunderstanding as far as I understand)

I updated the world after the comment from Weronika. And as EVGENSPYERPRO said it was a small misunderstanding. Hopefully this would work out now

I'm closing this as 'Works As Intended'. It is intentional that a new raid cannot be started during the victory celebration, and this matches the behaviour in Java Edition.

We know that this change nerfed raid farms. This was a natural side-effect of bringing raids closer to parity and was not a deliberate attempt to slow down raid farms.

Increasing parity is important for the future of the game. We care about farms and technical players, but in this case we think it is more important to bring villager systems to parity than to keep raid farms working with the same rates as before.

In a situation such as this where "parity" brings obvious negative consequences, why not alter Java to match Bedrock behavior instead? Allow Java raids to start during the victory celebration. Parity should seek to bring together the best elements from both codebases, not the worst.
